Shannon Fricilone, MA: A certified Health and Wellness Coach with in-depth experience helping clients reach their goals, Shannon is a certified Wellness Coach and obtained an MA in Professional Counseling from Argosy University (Illinois Institute of Psychology) and a BA in Communications from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Shannon has extensive experience in the field of adolescent and adult behavioral and mental health, including crisis management, community counseling, individual and group counseling, health and wellness coaching, facilitating, teaching, training, outreach and empowerment speaking.

She has held workshops and presented  throughout the country on topics such as, Creating Balance in Health and Wellness (Mind, Body and Spirit), The Power of Peers, Team building, Self Empowerment, Creating the Life You Want, Cognitive Behavioral Techniques and Positive Self Talk.

Shannon also has added experience working on the executive side of non-profit organizations. She has worked on projects varing from creating sales and marketing plans and business models, organizational budgets and financial restructuring, writing funding proposals, product and program development and application, outreach and program execution, program and project management, creating and executing training modules, client insight and employee relationship management and has worked as a consultunt on the creation and formation of several non profit organizations.

Shannon has sat on numerous committees and panels including, Education and Work Force Development Committee-San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce, Los Angeles County Youth Offender Re-entry Planning Committee, Orange County Youth Offender Reentry, Children’s Mental Health Council and Community Action Network.
