Shannon Fricilone: A life and business coach with in-depth experience helping clients reach their goals, Shannon holds a Masters degree in Professional Counseling from Argosy University (Illinois Institute of Psychology) and a Bachlors degree in Communications from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She also has continued training in the areas of conflict resolution, crisis intervention and ethics. Shannon has extensive experience in the field of behavioral health, including crisis management, community counseling, individual and group counseling, life and business coaching, management, facilitating, training and motivational speaking.

She has held workshops and has presented on topics such as, conflict resolution, fullfilling your dreams, thinking positively and using positive language.
