Life Coaching
Life coaching is a practice with the aim of helping clients determine and achieve personal goals. Serenity uses multiple methods that will help clients with the process of setting and reaching goals.
Personal Coaching
Personal Coaching is a relationship which is designed and defined in a relationship agreement between a client and a Serenity Coach. It is based on the client's expressed interests, goals, and objectives.
Business Coaching
Business Coaching is the practice of providing support and occasional advice to an individual or group in order to help them recognize ways in which they can improve the effectiveness of their business. It can be provided in a number of ways, including one-on-one session, group coaching sessions and/or large scale seminars.

Crisis Relief /Intervention
Shannon Fricilone is connected with Occupational Health Connections, an organization that deploys health professionals to areas in need of crisis services. Shannon is trained in working with people in need of short term psychiatric crisis intervention.
Presentations/Public Speaking
Shannon is available to speak to small groups and at conferences on a number of topics including, effective conflict resolution, working with adolescents, fullfilling your dreams, how to think positive and using positive language.
